Why No One Invite Us for Food?

Nha Famidja,
Every week I try so hard to remeber what happened so I can write home about it, but by the time monday comes I´ve already forgotten everything!!! I really need to work on keeping up my diary :/ but the only note I have in my planner is to talk about eleitos... So if you´re wondering what that means, it means the elete! I really hope that´s spelled right but my computer only spell checks portuguese and I can´t actually remeber it in english. Buuuut, esecially, what you need to know  is that the Spirit really does prepare people, and it´s so miraculous how you can meet some one so open and prepared for the gospel of Jesus Christ. Spirit communicates with spirt, and when people connect so well with this message it´s this beautiful testament of how the Lord prepares and guides people to finding and following His restored gospel.

Monte Sossego

Nha Famija!
Whelp it´s been another great week! Aaaaand another great transfer!!! (já acabou) But it´s been a little wild, we had gas leaking in our house because we changed our gas tank and some how broke our oven??? So this week we bought a new oven, haha, that was an adventure. Also this week there we received a filha...for two day, hahaha. Sister Fortes stayed with us for a couple days, she´s going to serve a mission in portugal but she´s going to serve here for the next transfer because our mission needs sisters :) So she got ready and came out into the mission in 2 days! And even though she´s not even gotten to go to the mtc yet she´s an amazing missionary! She´s so cool and I´m so excited for her and all she´ll do on the mission. Also, this week Ravitdon got baptized! He´s sooooo cool and litterally so faithful, It´s amazing to see how the gospel changes peoples lives! Also, today was transfers and I´m staying in Monte Sossego and I´ll be getting Sister Pasi!!! I´m sooooo excited! She´s from my mtc group and she´s the coolest! It´s gonna be a good transfer! Also my favorite scripture this week: Mormon 9:15 (I think, don´t have my bom with me right now but I´m pretty sure it´s this one and if not enjoy whatever scripture it is because scriptures are good for you :)

An Island Tour

So this week was crazy, our gas tank ran out and then our new one started leaking but them maybe it´s our oven, so who know, but now we don´t have gas :/ but I don´t think it´ll take four week like the last time in fogo, haha. But even with all of the stressy spaghetti problems we had this week, we managed to teach 19 new people! (as a mission normally we teach like12-ish new people every week). So many miracles are happening here. And even better, this week Ruben got baptized!!! Oh my goodness, Iva and Ruben are sooooo special, I love them. They were so prepared to receive the gospel and since the day we met them so many miraculous things have happened so that they could receive this message. We were contacting in area we´d never been before when we found them, and when we were walking the sun hit her door perfectly so that is literally sparkled! We knocked and she immediately invited us in without even knowing who we were, and she cried in that very first lesson. Since then she´s been to church every Sunday, stopped drinking coffee and changed her like following the spirit! And She told us this week that on the first day we came she had a plant that wasn´t growing that she´d left on the porch but that day he started to grow and now he´s a huge plant!!! She named it after us :,). Anyways so this Saturday, Ruben got baptized and were excited to see Iva get baptized here in a little bit too :) Alright, so now y'all get photos from our Island tour that our recent convert gave us today!
