Queridos,
Man I don't even know where to start this week!
New transfer has been crazy, the work here in Palmarejo keeps getting more and more crazy and busy. There's moments when I feel like I just don't know how were going to able to do it all, but it's all in the Lord's hands and l understand now more than ever that this is his work, when we give our all and turn it over to him to guide us, literal miracles will happen. The mission is honestly so unreal and amazing, and low-key (high-key) exhausting, but worth it de mas.
Helio got baptized this week! And even cuter, his brother who's a recent convert baptized him!!! Getting the baptism together was little bit of a mess because we turned out to be the only ones in the zone with a baptism that day and the stake forgot, so y'know I was stressin out of my mind, but we had tons of members come and it actually turned out so great! The spirit and just overall feeling during the whole thing was so so sweet and special and it was honestly one of the best baptisms I've ever been to.
Lots of other craziness this last week and I wouldn't even know where to begin, but just know that the Lord's work is hastening on! I love being able to serve here in Cabo Verde, Palmarejo just feels like a second home for me these days and I honestly can't ever imagine leaving. But this transfer is going to be soooo amazing and I'm so excited to see what the Lord has planned for us here!
I don't have any pictures today, sorry about that! This whole not having a camera thing really makes stuff complicated, but I'll work on sending the photos next week!
