Familia!
So this week has been super fun! I got my fidja and she's amazing,
also serving with american again is such a different experience! Like, a good
thing, but man, american humor and me, it's like we're meeting again for the
first time.
But super cool thing that happened this week, we had an
investigator that I've never met who just showed up at church and was basically
like; "yeah I talked to sisters in the past and already came to church but
I couldn't get baptized because I lived with my catholic grandma, but I don't
live with her anymore sooo..." To which I was just like, "yeah, cool,
so when can we come teach you??". Hahaha, I love when things like that
happen because it just makes you realize how much we don't really have control
over but how much God just has everything worked out. No one really forgets the
spirit and obviously the spiirt doesn't forget anyone sooo you never know when
it's just gonna all click or work out for somebody. It's never really too late
and the Lord works in mysterious ways.
In other news, it's been fun seeing my companion go through
all sorts of culture shocks because it reminds me of how actually weird our
lives are and gives me deja vu of what the beginning of my mission was like.
What a journey it's been :) I'm so grateful to be here and for everything i've
been able to learn and all the the people I've met. So many blessing poored
into my life, being a servant of Jesus Christ is the best!
